Build Instructions for moVMF-2.0

1. Make sure you have NTL installed
2. You have a fairly recent g++ (version > 3.4)
3. Linux (should compile under Cygwin too)
4. I have also tested it under 64 bit Ubuntu, works just fine
5. Download the tar file, untar it
6. Just type 'make', you should get moVMF
