Build Instructions for MoVMF-1.0

Note: Right now we are distributing only the linux, x86 binary of the code. We cannot release the code right away because it makes use of proprietary source code whose licensing issues prohibit us from releasing the full source code. We are working on this issue, and hope to have the rewritten code released under the GPL soon.

Linux on an intel x86 machine
